Durms are impartial as psychotic contract killers can get. I cannot see a good guild thats in theme being allies of them even though durms are impartial. SoU and Durms helping each other is a bit like the Shelob helping Sauron thing (just kinda). Shelob kills some orcs. Durms kills some orcs. Shelob helps Sauron defends a pass into his lands. Durms help kill SoU's enemies. See were I'm taking this?
I also don't like this 'impartial' idea, but really there is nothing else todo about it. At least beornings don't kill in Edoras or ask their friends to go kill for them as far as I know. So it is not as odd as it was the SoU Durm relation, where durms keep claiming they are impartial and sou claims that durms are still the hit killers of sauron who happens to kill in mordor and ask people to kill the beast master from time to time ;)

I can understand letting some solo attempts slide, but do you really want to encourage people to attack you whenever you like? If that's what you want, I suppose it's a good policy for you to adopt.
This wasnt a solo attack. Therefore he reports. If you killed me with a few friends of yours id report all you too.
