Josi auctioned stuff at alexa with stupid tags, which is against the BKD/Udungul rules, and then the same day reported Edelidan after he struck him in erebor. We had a big party set up to trap brahm, but brahm wized up and decided not to attack... Since we were all partied up, and in the neighborhood, we decided to kill Josi. Only Dreth and I attacked...we didnt want to waste fines.

And also, the reason the Udungul and BkD war is so lame is because both sides talk a lot, but neither side really wants to back up their talk.
Durmanhoth and numerous alts? What the fuck is that? The only alts who ever did anything in that war were Julius, Hectan and Gangrel. Hectan and Gangrel were probably in on 3 or 4 kills each. I don't know where you're getting 'numerous alts' from. That was a 'good' war. Both sides played fairly, we fought viciously, and both sides came out of it with a good respect for the other side. In fact, the only animosity I saw at the end of the war was Rimsilval about to flip out and kill Ruiniel because he annoyed them so much.

He didnt hunt, he just struck you. You were in erebor, and not writing a post or anything. I dont see how you can consider this not rp.
Furthermore, its totally your fault you died. I was very clearheaded and responsive, you just ignored me for some reason, and my mail. *shrug* you got what you deserved.

And it was a real war, not like the slow type of war we have now:P It really was cooler, Tarn.

Many other reasons there were, including him reporting Edelidan in RP combat.
I also asked him first to remove the tags, forwarded him the mail to him in which rolf and I agreed to forbid tags, and then asked again. He still wouldnt remove them so i got pissed off, i really dont understand what he was thinking.

Well, it seems Spartan has made a new wizard character with the sole purpose of getting another wizard into their(udungul) gangbangs. And hey, at least his attempted fines arent as high as Spartan's.
Well I'd kill the standard bearer too if Aragorn just sat in his guild all day (not that this was the case, it might have been)
By the way, I just want to point out I think 'offensive auction tags' is a great reason to single someone out for death during open warfare. Kinda like the Witch-King ignoring Aragorn during the battle on the Pelennor and killing the unarmed standard-bearer who said 'orcs are assholes'
Well I've never heard of someone making an alt for the exact same usage as their main char...But the assumption is that those two characters are filling different niches in a system which is aimed at the same goal.
Alright Manni, here is what I think on this...
It really just comes down to what you do with your alts. Spartan may have only 2 or 3 active alts at one time but what does he do with those alts?
What do you do with your alts? It's none of my business unless you use some or all of them to screw with my char. Did you place any of your alts in the same Guild as your main char, did you basically play the same char but with a different name? Really, if you have an alt 'so what' but when you use your alts to continue fights between your main char and another char...
I don't know why everyone gets so down on certain people because they've had a few different characters. Yeah, Spartan has had a half dozen different maxed chars...But I haven't really known him to have more than 2 and briefly 3 characters active at a time. It just seems relatively random to me how he gets singled out, yet when other people, myself included, have 3, 4, and 5 active chars at a time, nobody is screaming at them for scumbag mplaying. I'd be interested to see what some people think about this...
After Edelidan striking him a few times I'd thought he'd train up his RM. I guess not :) nice job
