I'm a little late on this, but Delgaur: I can max a character's stats/skills/prof skills in a little over five days without help from people (i.e. loans). And my aim/attack/dodge are usually at 100 before everything gets maxed (and that's without training them). *shrug*

so if your dodge is less then 100, use it more often and it will increase faster.
