People should stop whining, yu get every piece of decent eq removed oor 'rebalanced' so it's horrible and of no use to anyone.
Lets take a few examples
Both these examles is the excact same setup. Target is drunk out of his wits (as if those particular targets had any wits). Julius uses a phial and tactics potion.
Julius vs. Dreyboren with sapphire sword: 8 hits
Julius vs. Theodrek with malovent sword: 9 hits

Nah Lotraz .. Sapphy does that .. Bashgeroy did that to me 2 times with a sapphy while I was fully armoured and sober.
Of cause him being way drunk didn't help but it prolly wouldn't have mattered much.
Sapphire sword really should be made unique or removed.

Avaar, I think that Baklen doing 35/40+ hp rounds and 30hp headbutts against me, fully armoured, sober, with 60 tactics in 8 rounds is a little different than your situation.
