No, Delgaur would've gotten away. Here's what I wonder though, when someone loses ES from their vial going out, does it show the same: 'Suchandsuch shakes his head and returns his vision to normal.' emote?
hmm, can you hunt when blinded like that? i know delgaur didn't run during the time julius was uneagled but if he had moved could julius have followed?
