I once mistyped an alias to unlock a door and run to a break in edoras once, I think it's the log of me vs. baklen in the room, when I found out he had like galadriel vials x 2 and shit I tried to skidaddle but I typed the directions wrong, oh well.

This happened to me once. I attacked someone (Zestril I think) in edoras because he killed a durm or soemthin. Then I did my edoras hunt break thingy. Fun stuff. Though it kinda worked in the end because he never left his guild for the next 2 months (well, 1 month, then he stopped logging on)

A few weeks ago on a random contract kill, I hit gb, instead of hb. Instead of headbutting, I sheathed my sword and took three hits on a flask. It turned out ok in the end, however, since the target died. Everyone has similar such mistakes, I'm sure.
