Yeah, its fair. If someone is killing people irl and the cops are after him, if he kills a cop thats trying to arrest him its murder, not self defense. Then again this is not real life and it would be cooler if it wasn't counted as murder
Aparently it is count as a murder wich i do not think is very fair.
Well, the real question is if the criminal is handcuffed and accidenlty kills the sheriff person (with a fireball to drop from dlsg to nd), is it counted as murder or self defence?

I'm a wizard, and I captured a criminal by fireballing, but between find and handcuff, by the time you catch up with the criminal, you usually have less than 75 ep.

Barracuda had helped me out with Bro, I think thats why he went wanted.
I hadn't realised which is why I shielded, I saw the attack and just reacted.
Whats worse is, I knew I was getting low on ep, I typed unshield/back to gh alias and lots of other things, but nothing happened, I was sat there watching myself get hit over and over. I was soooo lucky it ended when it did, or it could have been an ugly end.
So that wasn;t anything against KoDA (I didn;t even legend), I was just helping out someone who helped me. When Garik turned up, I just sat there, looking at my screen saying 'NOOOOOO, MOVE YOU STUPID BLOODY THING!!!!!'. I think my neighbours must think I'm wierder than they already do.
