I was told my log wasnt so cool and try it a different way, so after a few trys and guards later I got this little surprise!
You go busy if you type remove sword, as you see my sword is on the floor after i ran, i typed drop sword, you dont get busy.. might be a bug, go report it.
Oh, and don't you not also go busy if you remove you're sword like that doing a backstab?..
