I don't know your oppinion really on this matter, but I'll presume for the sake of the argument your idea is this:
Immoral guild does something similiar to this: Ok, fine RP since they're immoral.
Moral guild does something similiar to this: Awful RP since they're moral.
Uhm, ok... I would rather say that is double standards at its worst concept. Applying OOC moral standards to a RP game seems wrong to me. 'RP combat' is an OOC agreement between players used to minimize frustrations caused by death, griefing and hatred between players (mind you, not between characters).
So, the characters played role as either moral or immoral has nothing to do with this.
And now for the worst part of these double standards... Take an immoral guild like SoU. They try to uphold some ooc agreements like RP treaties for RP combat with Amruin in Edoras. Yet, when it comes to their own homeland they happily gangbang away while claiming it to be their RP.
So, to sum that up... SoU's method of expressing their RP in one area is direct PK, yet in another area its 'RP combat'.
The reason for those double standards is their claim that Mordor is special due to the lack of the lawsys. The lawsys in itself is an OOC installment to hinder griefing, and as suchs is not a tool build in to promote the playing of a role.
Double standards? Yes!
... and now, don't fucking give me any crap about CoU not doing excactly the same thing making them equally hipocrit. And yes, most guilds actually holds the same double standards... perhaps except Tuareg and his zillions of alts old Arch-Nemesis: The FRA.
At the least we stick to one set of rules, namely that of killing at all given times.

I play seperate characters. I just have a certain playing style that I happen to enjoy. Ask your buddies at FRA how many rping alts they have that are circans. If you had 2 characters Vittorio, Id ask you to seperate them also, because theyd both be stupid
