Well, for your information Streak took the Black Sword out of Warrax corpse. Read the logg on Ansel dying and you'll see that he did NOT claim steal. At least not then, I don't know if he claim steals or not.
Claim stealing is a dishonorable OOC action, but it doesn't matter in character. In character the person is just a bitch
