They were in Andrast. First, I tried walking there and got stopped by the white mountains. Then I tried getting an eagle there. Then I tried getting there from South Gondor. Then I tried getting there from South Gondor by boat (horrible grids there btw). Then I tried getting there from the north by boat. Then I found out they were where I was at the very beginning.
