Jaren did it for Calain's sake. I did it because I also like Calain. Julius did it because he dislikes Delvar, and Rogar just wanted to tag along and watch.

The first Tarn was played completely on Telnet. Yes, every time I killed you guys I was reading black and white with mud aliases.

Nobody could ever survive with telnet here.

Actually I find my client really easy to read :-)

If I don't have my weapon name triggers on, I find it difficult to see what is what. The price of convenience, I suppose.

Anyone who uses an alias to cross the Rohan plains is begging to be killed.

I would. :P But, (I know this sounds strange,) pages aren't as bright as the pure white that computers are. I just am able to look at things much easier if they aren't all bright. *shrugs* I mean, hell, I read all the time. 'REEDNG IZ FUN' :P

I'd like to see somebody read a book that is printed like Gazza's client.

Black on white isn't 'violent,' it's what books are printed on. It's one of those things you think of when you're going to be reading for long periods of time, like a marathon mudding session. I'd like to see you guys read a book with black pages and light grey text. :P

Eww. I could never do black on a white background. Too violent for the eyes, really. I've got dark grey, on a black background. and got says/tells/comms (every comm a different color)/lawsys/system messages/emotes...oif, so much. But it's orgamanized. Whee.

My settings are about the same as Azura's. Yet another reason why many people think of us as kindred spirits!

I like my colors on room_desc etc. I'd like you too have more, but you don't need to have as much as Rhoads. ;P

Unlike all the rest of the retards who look at zMUD's default and go 'Oh...I like green. Yeah, this works,' I choose not to have green as my goddamn text color. I use black, on a white background, and then I have colors set for...oh, you know. Say, tell, shout...those sorts of things. People who use that 'color for room desc' and 'color for item desc' crap are sissies. :P

That's wonderful that you finally learned how to log in colors....now all we need to do is teach you how to use 'sets' on the MUD so that you actually have some fucking color.
