Seeing that Deadlok and i have officially agreed to a ceasefire today at 10am EST on 11/14/02 and not a minute, hour, or day before, i dont know what the hell you people are talking about.
I mailed Deadlok a few weeks ago on a temporary ceasefire, and he never responded in any which way.
Now Rimsilval isn't a guild of fortune tellers, so we can't predict what you people would say. That being said, both sides attacked, but we now have a ceasefire, so it most likely would be stopped. Those in Rimsilval and Durms can read this on their respective guild boards.
In regards to people condoning kills, he made a comment on a nice kill, which it was. Timed so the guy didn't have to hack much before getting the kill. Stop being so damn sensitive.

I have had the same thing happen with VC, i wasn't even 2days old. I hadn't killed anyone nor stolen from anyone NOR even been in RP combat with anyguild since i made the char. But then i get jumped by Leto and Woden and they killed me. I asked VC's GM why i was killed he said i had to of done something, neither of the guilds ever got back to me with why they killed me except i got the answer from carver that maybe it was because i was in a durm party. thats one of the gayest reason's i have ever heard.
I got into CoU hit list for beating one of them in RP combat! :P
When I asked why they didn't even knew why I used to be in it :)
Actually, a third of the people that were on the CoU hit list were nuked/suicided/ainured. Some of the people were on for ancient reasons. But its not like we would just forget an offence.

Maybe, Walton, Gazza is just saying that this was a good kill. It had what a kill needs. Timing. Cease fire, or not, this is an OOC place where you discuss IC things. And he said that it was a good kill. Which is was. If it was the other way around - Toto killing Italacus when he was low, we would still comment that it was a good kill. But I bet you wouldn't be bitching then, would you? If they had a cease fire, then talk about it with your and their guildmasters.
I want a muzzle to put over Gazza's mouth. This wasn't a great kill. It was a kill that broke a cease fire agreement between BkD and Durmanhoth. As a member of Rimsilval, which more recently agreed to a cease fire with Durmanhoth also, I have to wonder why you condone kills that break treaties. Maybe this cease fire should extend to all Rims except for Gazza.
Debating why it happened isn't gonna change the fact that it did.

it happerns at my guild too! i dont denie that, and im sure there are some i am not aware of.. and we are punished by the GM if it is outside of any currenty treatys.
Ruiniel was kicked out for killing people that weren't oked by the council. Every pk in our guild has always been OKed by our high council. If Josef or Danor helped you, it wasn't because the guy had a contract, it was for a different reason. And if it was just to help you out, or for the contract, etc. Then the HC must not have heard about it, or they would have been punished.
only KoDa dont have assassins, so technicaly speaking they dont count :p

If a Knight pK's someone for a nonthematic reason (which means it wasn't oK'd by the Council) they get punished and that right severely.
