Paraiko, Toto, and Adunazon had just killed Holic (a level 8 :P). I was angry, and I really thought I was EQ'd well enough to take them on. I end up getting locked up and dying, and what's the worst part? Nobody, including myself, noticed that there was a key to the room lying on the floor.

And for the record, I was sort of assuming ONE of them to have a bunch of gold on them, you know? Based on that little part in the beginning. I was hoping either Adunazon couldn't pull healing out of his pack, or Paraiko couldn't take anything Adunazon tried to hand to him. Neither was the case.
Hindsight's a bitch, isn't it? :P In retrospect, if I hadn't shifted to Adunazon in the middle of the fight (dumb move on my part, but he's a tempting target), I'd have charged Paraiko instead of Adunazon, and instead of being near death, Paraiko probably would have been dead. And then I should have picked up the key and run. But am I that smart? No. :P
