On the rare occasion you've seen a KoDA working with FRA against anyone, it is because that person was guilty of crimes against the Knights. If the Knights had their own assassins (which is forbidden for them), then I highly doubt you'd ever see them work with anyone aside from Amruin or VC to pK someone. As it is, you just gotta take what you can to get the job done.
