Theres a bug in the lawsys system on several things. That happens to be one of them, the attempt report still stays as 'not reported to the court' even though it was dropped b/c they killed.
Alkath, if you do an attempted murder, gets reported and then kills the dude, you're not guilty of attempted murder anylonger. :)
Btw, he never removed the report, but it still dissapered, I think it says: Alkath has not yet answered to your supboena.

He reported the solo attempt in the beginning, he had to pay.
That looks like it was a while ago...Slayer still had the 'blast' crit.
