i think the victim should defecate himself as he convulses before the poison liquifies his insides and paralyzes him :/
It's ok. A paralized victim has his body functions shut down, very low body temperature and really slowed down heartbeat, thus doesn't need almost any food or oxygen to survive. This way the body is still alive but doesn't consume it's resources.
At first, I think that you wouldn't live long enough to even realize your insides were sucked out...but...when looking at some weapon emotes out there... *shrug* And, hey, it's a game. Doesn't have to be real. :P
