Dear Ardans,
The main comm, the comm which uses '^' as its symbol, has
been returned to global status. For those of you who may
not know intuitively what that means, let me explain.
You may now send and receive comms from anywhere in
Arda, not just from Taverns/Bars/etc.
To send a comm now costs 5ep.
The newbiecomm, guildcomms, etc, remain unchanged.

Now, and this is important:
The content of comms will not degrade. Familiarize
yourselves with both 'help profanity' and 'help comm_policy'.
Both are in effect, and you will get no leniency from
the Power of Law (me) on either matter. If you have already
read these help files, read them again.
The content will not degrade, and in fact, it will
improve. That said, I hope you enjoy the comm in its
new state, which of course is a large part of the reason
for its change.
