Heath: my last death was funnily enough what I'd call sort of idlish. my isp dropped me at the easterling priest, I asked a friend to legend me, i was idle for 4 mins and 46 seconds but alive, a bit later he legended me, i was idle for 7 minutes as a ghost ;)

I don't agree that it's designed that way. But it IS the way that it has turned out to work, for sure. But I think most muds that are not restricted on playerkilling turn into that, when you have done all the quests etc. At least fast muds like towers, where you can max so quickly and it's all based on money.

Just to clear things up, at first, I was killed while I was eating sandwiches one floor above the computer, came back to a buffer saying: Someone says in Westron: therina?
The second time, I was helping Amruin defending their town against DH, I got low on hp, ran out to Rohan Plains, lost connection, got back after a while, was a ghost. I went to Lothlorien, where I got disconnected again, Trempk investigated me at the bridge, then mailed me and said that it was Jayz.
The third time was, as you might see, I was not idle, I had been doing a quest, and I had to heal, so I went to a healer, for you that did not figure it out with the 'Orc medic'. Died on my way to a break.Anyone still does not get it? Heath, I was idle the first kill, disconnected the second, and nothing at the third.

Therina attempted Donsux when he was leaving an RP fight and low on HP. Is it coincidence that Trempk is vocally defending Therina when the RP fight was with some Amruin? Maybe.
Also, Therina accepted 2K from Jayz to remove a report and then did not.
So, Therina is going to die a couple more times, of course, she could get off the list by returning Jayz 2K.
Of course, if you like to stand up for liars who like to take advantage of people trying to RP their alignment and guild theme, then Therina is your gal. But if you want to be on the side of people who stand up for their own, and don't stand for being taken advantage of, then we are your team.
I will also add, that if Therina is a newbie, then we are teaching her a valuable lesson that will serve her well in her time in Arda, and perhaps in life. YOUR ACTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES.
