Serex was wanted, with way too much gold on him =)
Actually if I remember rightly,p we didn;t notice he was wanted, we noticed he was in lothlorien, so we waited for hin at south undeep. Then I was running finds, and suddenly 3 seconds before he entered the room he was wanted (we didn;t notice till after we killed him though).

reminds me of of during the Beorning/Undungul war, we noticed ulkavik was wanted and so waited for him at south undeep I think, he passed, we killed him, for free, and he was just on his way with 2-3k in fine gold to pay his fines, we got a free kill for the war, and 3k for the war chest.
That was pretty cool, although maybe not for ulkavik.
Yeah, too bad it's not 'legal' to steal from people who are wanted.
So that'll just cause a huge fine :p
