In old days I arrested a spree killer but got nothing from that although he had at least 5 kills.That sucked badly.

The 0 gold rewards happen because character went wanted from a MC subpoena, as exciting as that is.
I think there should be a reward for those arrests too, but I'm not going to write that idea report.

No, 0 gold happens a lot too. It really sucks, though, when you arrest...say, a level 18 (after a damn long and dramatic fight) and get 0 gold. I think I still have the log. I'll look around.
I know Arrest happens all the time Fimbu, but not 0 gold as reward :p
