In your case the 'old school' thing doesn't make you any special though. You've always been a dumbass and you'll always be one. And as the dumbass that you are you didn't learn too much in your 'old school'. That is most likely also the reason why the only thing that you're showing off all the freaking time is how old and elite you are (in your opinion).

That gear is pretty lame.. I don't understand why people auction it all the time. And, even if it is auctionable quality sometimes it's just not worth the bother.. I mean if there are like 20 lots all with no bids on them there is no point in putting up more is there.

Back in 1996, when Turin made his first character, my first character was (I think) 8th level. However, I did immort in 2000, and after that, I retired for about two years. Consequently, there's plenty of gear that's newer than I am, that I don't know a thing about. For example, that silvan gear -seen it auctioned a time or two, but I don't know where it comes from or how to get it. One of my friends was telling me I use wierd aliases to get to certain other gears -eg: most people just go from Osgiliath, or most people have an alias from Dol Amroth -sure, but when I aliased a certain quest Osgiliath or DA wasn't in the game yet...
So, anyways, I just thought it was kind of suspicious that Dwain would sell some good gearz at the store, when it was very auctionable. I noticed that he didn't have any fellow knights online to keep tabs on him, and a friend (wrongly) confirmed that Dwain could only get that gear by killing a moral. Oooops. My bad.
I dont know which is worse, the suckiness of the log. Or the fact the Theo thought it was not only funny, but rated it a 6.
