IMO, this wasn't a bang. Yes, there were three people. But two attacked. :P Maybe the third didn't attack because he found out Winnetou was in bad shape and figured he didn't have to waste the fines, maybe he was too slow, maybe he was just along for the ride. But two attacked, so it wasn't a bang.
