Fucking shit people. Necsi is 100% right on this one. Who cares about the newbs in the guild? If they're newbs they shouldn't be in a guild in a the first place, but them dying repeatedly will only let them learn and grow as players.

well who cares of the newbies of the guild? I mean, who cares if they die, this way they'll grow less newbish, the more they die, the better they grow.
Cause it works like this, you kill a guy, he can't takes revange on you cause most of the time he sucks, so he takes ravange on newbies of the guild. Not saying that about Therigion, but that is how it works generaly.

I've never quite understood this concept.... all those rules, that's just insane :P
Because, NEsci, Byron is in a guild and has to take his guild into consideration when killing people - especially when it's an enemy guild :P I know it's a new concept for you ;)
