Hmm, btw, I don't think Fillsauron did something so very wrong - the usual thing to do when attacked like this is: drink your flask, run to well with the whole party (who should start shielding each other), then disband, break nearby and *snap*...
Of course you could break somewhere near but then your responsible for the party.
Now, if you are a bit crazier you could set up some trap even against MELS and whip but I don't think the cubans in particular could do that especially against people like Grady and co.
Still, I don't think you should blame it all on Fillsauron. I couldn't quite understand but I think he was trying to do the best thing for his party. It's not your leader's fault that you get lost like sheep in carchost:P
