Actually Necsipaal, the ainur recently changed Cirith Ungol, and it is no long a 'safe' let alone the 'safest' place.

There are no random kills in Mordor.
Mordor is one of the safest places in arda. Cu especially. A bang is almost standard if you actually want the target to die.

even if they went into the well, you could follow them and beat up on them easily.
Actually Alkath, it's possible for someone to kill solo most of the time because it's more fun, but then gangbang when it's necessary or when they feel like it. Obviously, Julius doesn't have any 'moral' objections to gangbangs :P
