That used to happen to those 3 gay ass orcs in the dead marshes at the end of the lvl 19 quest. Except, after they hit 0 hp, each time you hit them a corpse full of thier phat eq would pop in the room. We reported the bug and Rauko rewarded us by deleting all our existing bank accounts, because we 'musta been abusing it for months and months'. Its a proud lineage..Aule/Rauko/Draugliun. Melkor was even a big time asshole when he took that position. It fucks with your head. Respect the cheater because he has something to lose. Despise the nuker because he can never lose.
I remember when I was gonna get dark arrows. I fired arrows for about 5 minutes on one archer while he was critical, and he just refused to die.. I ran out of arrows several times. Good thing salvage is there, since I couldn't reach him on the platform with my sword :P
Ooh, yeah, I remember that Caber. That was an interesting experience... then Shelob slaughtered us :-(

You know where a really cool place for it to happen is? Behind Mordor gates, when the last orc won't die. It happened to us when about 20 people broke in to try killing Shelob. We couldn't leave the room until some ainu came down and dested him. :P
Yeah this happened quite a bit. I got it once when killing the Thrands barkeeper. All it does is add exp and degrade my weap. Its cool though.
