The fine system sucks now, unless your an innocent bystander who gets killed by someone spreeing, I've killed this asshole twice in the last three days, and BkD killed him as well, but feels like we're the ones being screwed over here, just glad to see a clan member get the arrest, i was hoping to, to pay my fines on him, but as long as its a clan member its all good :P
Dont ask to see the log, i wouldnt rate it a 1 myself, i've killed rabbits that put up a better fight :P
No Rhoads, spree killers should be put in a room, one after another with their victims, with swapped stats and no equipment.
For each spree they do, they fight a losing battle, and see how many levels they lose. (much more fun than nuking at it lets people feel like they're getting revenge).
Spree killers should die.
