Yes, it's of course a bug like so many other tricks that people exploit (I would mention a few more, but then they will probably get fixed, and people will get mad at me :-P).

Incidentally, when designing my mudlib (nicuworld), I specifically eliminated the possibility of that [the color trick] in my code, and at the same time thought that it probably also was fixed on towers. I never checked though, and as I didn't PK, I didn't think of any uses. I was then told later on by someone. Don't remember who, but it was before it spread big-time.

Gloar would follow, but you wouldn't, cause you were faded.

    Yes Nicu, they removed that.

It was a nice little secret some of us had going for a while there.

Then the Beornings worked it out and it all went to hell :(

Did they remove the color/movement 'bug/feature' to set any prefix, including non-colors? That pretty much stopped the emote-trying-to-set-off-his-trigger tricks when that surfaced :-P.

Also, with the faster heart_beat (in some areas), double-breaking became a little shaky. All this is.. back when I last played of course ;-).

Nope, you couldn't have ran through there. We disguised moral cause we thought Dwain would run through there. So the elf in the city wouldn't have worked, but nice try though.

    You follow Kilth somwhere.

    Kilth breaks you!

    trigger Kilth todo hunt kilth

    Kilth appears from the break.

    triggered! doing: hunt kilth

    you begin to hunt Kilth.

I guess I could've shouted so his trigger would've went off. Also, I could've run through caras gates. I like to make excuses =)

There's still 47,000 huntbreaks you could have used.

besides, when did an assassin triggering a huntbreak made it unusable?

God, have you forgotten so much about Arda?

All you need is one break, if its a solo assassin it doesn't matter if he can trigger it or not.

Jeez, Kilth, that sucked on so many levels.

There are so many dozens of places you could have broken that didn't require deception...man.

I had 34 deception and started off with 30 EP or so.. Failed to both fade and hide (both times I broke)
