Flash is a defensive item that can only be used when the guild member has already been attacked.
It cannot be used by any player whose alignment is more evil than -499 or by any player who is wanted.
It costs 60 END to use and the blindness it causes lasts 120 seconds.
When cast, it stops the anyone affected from hitting for five combat rounds and will interupt a spell if one is being cast when flashed (breaks concentration).
Maybe any ainur must fix it.
