will.  Focusing on your opponent, you speak the staff's command word
'Thuringwethil', and watch as the staff's magic strikes your opponent.
    Your opponent screams in agony!  After a small delay, a blue mist
begins to form around your enemy's body, who gets absorbed by the staff.

also just become cold and lifeless.
