the prices will decrease, and the milk cartons will cost like 2 euro, and that is terrible!

I used to be against EU since it really destroys a part of the local democratic process. However, currently I am very much for it, ... Why?
Well, we need a strong democratic union in Europe to stand against the current trends against freedom:
- Increase in religios activity in huge parts of the world (US/Middleeast, etc).
- Christian fascists being at power in the US, backed by the huge corporations (Oil industry primarely).
- We need a balance in world power, without it the world gets more dangerous and dependent on arbitraire national politics in the US.
So... vote EU so we can stand on a common front and make the 'Old World' a safe haven for free people after the rest has fallen to their fears and the mega-corporations that dominates and controls the world! :)
(Ok, a bit of an exageration (sp), but you get the idea...)
But the swedes don't want euro
Like almost everything it has its advantatges and its incoveniences, now that Euro seems to be stronger than dollar (I'm talking about exchange ratios) we can buy technology at lower prices but in general with the round system to ?uros we have note an increase in prices.
Maybe it's not for the Euro but for merchants taking advantage of the rounding, who knows...
So, you think Mr Blair is right not to take England into the Euro yet?
Expect a 100% increase in prices in 2 years with the Euro...
