This whole high fines thing is what causes assassins to suicide and return. I don't like doing it myself, but I'm not paying 10k for each murder. Note please that I did pay the fine to Teclis and he got his reimbursements, I'm not an ass, and I know some of you think I am, but whatever. I try to be as honorable as I can in my kills, but with some targets there is just so much personal hatred there that it's hard.
