So you dont attack them untill you know they dont have all the uber healing and are somewhat vunrable. That way they at least have to break you, but if they still kill you ... well, you deserve it.
Yeah, if someone doesn't expect to be attacked you can kill them. On the other hand someone like Waste or Duncan is always going to be ready and if you try to solo them you're probably going to get your fool self killed...

And Jerf, such kills are technically possible but the chances to get at least 7 kills for a week on people who are expecting you and carry phials and flasks and are not 'unsuspecting and contracted' in general really lowers your chances:P

Things like these make me want to create another assassin char totally unaffiliated with any guild or group, just so I can have fun killing unsuspecting, contracted people. Try being sneaky on people that expect it of you, that's a whole another ball game...hmph
