Well, I was very happy to lend a helping hand to Hans. I have to admit my involvement wasn't exactly as Hans described. I just happened to be heading to the lair and I notice a some people at the bottom of the stair and Blade sitting on the stairs. At the EXACT moment I entered the room Hans was in, I got a tell from Chim asking me to help him, so I did. This was just really good timing and luck for everyone involved (except Blade...sorry Blade!).
In either case, Blade was quite upset with me and gave me a severe beating about 10 mins later to express his disapproval of my actions.
