You did not kill me btw, by the time you went merciful I had 5hp, and flask hits just kicked in, otherwise would have died when Anselmo came in later to hit me.
If its official policy that merciful is not meant to assist in killings ... it is a stupid policy.
The great thing with merciful was, that it in an elegant way solved two problems:
1) Accidently killing in socalled 'rp-combat'.
2) That people got killed numerous times over the same contract

its not a bug, people abused merciful to get bangs with the right deathblow. they fixed it so that wouldn't happen anymore.
