Vega, 4 hours a week - thats insane. In my day i would get 1 hour a week (on a good week), and that was only after walking for 50miles through the snow the the net cafe which was atop a huge iceburg.

As for the idling the person to idle outside a safe place and then dies is totaly responsible for his actions. If he is stupid enough to hang out in the wilderness with some price on his head or with assassins behind his back its all his fault when he dies.
