Bleh, it's still bullshit. That means you have to put 20k into deception and be level 15 (so you can get the skill that high) before you can really even start pkilling people. That's fine for experience players, but what about newbies? Instead of learning how to kill people, they're going to learn how to get the shit kicked out of them by the victim's friends.
they dont get broken if they are true assassins... true assassins have 100 deception
