Well, not sure about his real align, but he is still saying Demonic. Also didnt notice any mordor eq in his loot (quickly looked, may be wrong). My point then, is should 'defenders' of mordor be attacking every immoral person who enters mordor? Surely an evil person could have a much reason (thematically) to be in there as any of you 'defenders'. Perhaps the idea of the free kill is, and will always be, the real proof of your alignment.
