Standard Bang, took much longer than it should have with the weapons we had though :P And maybe if my guildmates could actually do some damage!

Caber, it's cute when an uberdork such as yourself makes comments on someone else's inability to be cool... I think the last time sunglasses, a leather jacket, and a skateboard made you cool was the late eighties.

I'm not sure if anyone is questioning Naith's honor, but as I remember him from the Meg-Fra wars he was always honorable to his enemies and always was there to defend his guildmates. He also had guts, and would attempt high ranking Meglivornth members solo when we had a party. From what I saw, he didn't get much discouraged when he died and didn't get into the mud slinging and bitter whining matches that went on so much. For this he has my respect even if I don't know him well.

Ehtyar, we have been discussing about 'honour' and 'morals' hundreds of times, theese concepts are very related to personal view, so your 'honour value' can be different from Beyaz's 'honour value' or 'honour sense' or 'honour style of life', for sure it's different that 'today's pop culture child' Naith's sense of 'honour'.

I think the only one who can say 'shut up' here is a moderator, Naith, and you are not one of them...

And yes Reeth, it's common that the l33t DH members register in our towncomm to share their HUGE knowledge with us, pitty citizens of Dol Amroth, seems that they find boring Adornas or Edoras towncomms, or maybe it's cos DA towncomm is one of the more active in Arda? and we friendly accomodate foreigners?

Caber; are you furious cos you and you friends cannot kill Captain Rougan as easily as you could kill me? (for example ;), as Saritarl will say 'bring that feeling out, it will help you to face it'

But, that is what honour is to me...to stand and fight with my friends, until death.

Ok, Naith...I was not trying to ridicule you.

I was pointing out that people rely too much on their clients...if i was that way inclined, i couldve set a trigger in CU, to trigger when Dwain said to jump in the well.

If you think i am trying to ridicule you, please continue to think that...But you will continue to be incorrect in thinking so.

On the wrong end of ridicule from Beyaz of all people. Well, this is a surreal moment, if ever I had one.

Lap it up, Beyaz. There won't be many of these. ;)

Incidentally, don't try and blame lag for your CU incident. Each one of your 'l' and 'hands' and 'wtf do I do now' echoed their response in the next immediate line. What do you blame this one on: http://logs.dyndns.dk/viewer.php/6413 ? Lag, too? This bizarre log, reminiscent of a kind of episode of 'It's a Knockout' from hell, demonstrates a bang which selected one of you at at time and ran around killing the victim before coming back to select the next in line, while you all just stand still in exactly the same room. Breaking wasn't necessary, here. Just a simply fade or attempt to leave the room while the attackers were off devouring your guildmates would have sufficed. If you had any self-respect, your display in this log would nullify you from offering any comments on any future logs.

Face it, you are nothing but a walking spellcheck. And even that is an extremely tired trikc.

PS: You like that: 'trikc'? I put that in there to give you something to do.

I'm not claiming to be all-knowing in Arda Caber...I do however know directions to places without having to use alias's...since i spent my first year or more playing this mud using Java and Telnet connections.

So, yes...i probably do have a broader knowledge of arda than most DA residents.

But i am still not claiming to be a master or anything...i think if you looked back to my log from when you guys killed me in CU, i say even then that i am a newbie, and i do consider myself exactly that...in comparison to many of the Knights, and also some citizens of DA.

Yeah Beyaz, and you're also horribly incapable of typing whatever the command is to jump down the well in CU. We all have our faults, eh? And for the record, I've been a 'manually walk to a break' kind of guy for a while, but let's see how much good it does you when Raqtor's RoboClient senses you heading there and triggers it first. *shrug* Mud clients are pretty intelligent, and sometimes your fingers aren't enough to outwit them. I guess ignorance is bliss, though.

Thats a dumb argument. You need the knowladge of the mud in the first place, to be able to make all the aliases and triggers. And this swapping client settings stuff dont stick, you gonna sped hours questing, and working it all out, to just go give the settings to someone else? heck no, let them make there own.

    You needed proof for that?

Almost everybody is less without their client; some just rely on it more than others. I tend to use my client to augment my existing knowledge and skills; in other words it makes me faster when I want or need to be. For me in Naith's situation, the lag would be the killer more than the lack of my client, but both at the same time would be pretty damn effective.

The following kerfuffle between executing non-existant aliases and stopping the download so that I wasn't typing into a largely black screen (as I was between the first part of the attack and the gwr) meant for a very exposed and flustered Naith. As far as the timing of the attack goes, I couldn't fault it.
