No, triggers for forging aren't illegal as long as you are there whie its going at the very least, and most likely as long as you don't have the whole thing triggered so it is impossible to tell if you were not there.(without further checking)
Idle kills in the forge areas aren't lame; Nhakl is guilty of (a) botting or (b) being level 19 while not understanding how to move, speak, or otherwise show that he's at his keyboard. Both are crimes nicely punished by that kill.
