I mean what do people think? AFTER they plead, why not just be honest. Heh..

But isn't this simply the random factor in the lawsys? Sometimes you get lucky and you get off, sometimes you're found guilty of something you didn't do: tough luck.
I can personally testify to the fact that the lawsys, is not perfect in this regard. OH MY GOD YES I SAID IT! I myself have been found guilty for attempts, and murders, in which I haven't even been a participant of. Not too long ago in fact, I logged in to find that I had a report of attempted, which I pleaded innocent to, but was found guilty of. No I wasn't hacked, no I didn't commit the attempt. It was just one of those bugs. I actually had the same thing happen to me with Namarik. Anyway, my two cents.

Namarik did the same thing to me, except i have been bugged even worse. i had to pay 8k for 2 attempts he reported on me while i was afk takeing a shower in RL. *heh* so it is very possible that he didnt attack you.
It also could have been that he didnt plead and forgot about it, in which case it automatically pleads guilty for you(i think). Which has happened to me a couple times

Yes, he did a find but that doesn't mean that I attacked him does it? I asked him after he told me that he did a find on me, where he did that find and I didn't get answer.. since I was making gold all this morning near Thranduils and in Moria could it be possible for us to be faded in the same room at the same time, me returning to the shop to sell the loot and him escaping the attacker? *shrug* I guess nobody thought of that.

From time to time that thing bugs. And some times you can be innocent even tho you're guilty.. Is it possible to be guilty if you're innocent tho? He did a find on you in the end anyway so its kinda obvious.
