I was fighting orc courier in CU once, he was dlsg and I left to heal. I come back after 30 seconds, and he's perfect shape and not in fight with me...

try fighting elrond someday
All npc's does heal like players does, even they don't do it so fast as players, Guess the cute little orc just healed a single point there took him one shape up, thats about it
