Mounted in a U-shaped stand sits a solid-stone wheel.  The wheel itself
is jet-black, with dark inscriptions carved into its edging.  As it
stands a full head above you, you notice that at your eye-level is a
piece of shaped-silver that forms an arrow, pointing to a spot on
the outer edge of the wheel.  It is where that arrow falls that
decides the fate of its spinner.
