Fuck, Rajje. Learn to read. I was on travelto Edo-MT and all of a sudden got those You can't go that way messages. And couldn't travelto resume later.

I think clients like that are such a fucking joke :P I seriously have something like...30 aliases programmed and I've been here for about 6 years :P

*sigh* Pkilling is in such a sad state today. If people like Polk can (and probably accurately) just automatically assume that Aravor would have lived if he made it to MT with 4 attackers on his tail, how can a solo assassin hope to kill anyone? You can say 'Oh, duh Caber, look how many people die to solo kills!' Well, how many of those victims have 800 huntbreaks aliased like Aravor? Solo kills can happen because people either (a) forgot to carry around the 200HP+ of healing that is available to them, or (b) are too lazy or are incapable of making lots of reliable huntbreak aliases.

How the fuck can someone _ever_ hope to solo a guy like Aravor? Catch him ND in the wilderness? Good luck. His phial will kick in before your backstab (which will probably miss twice :P) can kill him, and his flask will last him until he makes it to the nearest huntbreak emporium.

That used to happen (prolly still does) when you are in a party with someone, you go travel and the party leader crosses your way and takes you 1 dir away.

ah, yes, sorry, didn't read the second comment...

Any idea of why this happened, someone else has experienced something similar? (maybe too many people in the same room moving? ;-)

Yes Betus. I was talking about the room that Polk claimed didn't exist, if you had read my second comment immediately following the first.

He was on a travelto from Edo to MT and without moving he was on the Southward road and with no travelto resume, that's a bug Ehtyar.

My bad, the room indeed exists.

But that doesn't change the fact that there was a bug and it got Aravor killed.

I didn't bother checking, nor looking at the log for bugs in between, so whatever happened wasn't a bug at all?

To clarify, I was responding to Polk's claim that the room didn't exist. That was a potentially very confusing message.

Actually, not defending Aravor but sometimes going to a different place to break might be a good idea since some assassins wont be able to switch to the propper break, I would reackon that each of the 5 there had one break triggered so good on him :P

Because he had an abundance of healing, he obviously knew what he was doing? For him to obviously know what he was doing, he could have turned around and ran one of his many huntbreak aliases in edoras, and if he did, this bug of yours wouldn't have come along. I'm not saying the bug was his fault, nor that he knew it was going to happen, just that there were obviously plenty of better ways for him to break anyway.

Lol. He had a phial, a flask...

He obviously knew what is he doing,

the one that screwed up was MUD, not him.

fdl, minister. He doesn't need 230ep to eaglesight, 140 is enough even for non-maxed ranger. But everyone makes mistakes. Hope I'm there next time he does make a mistake. If not I'll get him anyway:P

Actually, Aravor, they should get a medal for being able to kill someone in Edoras, regardless of with how many people, when the target has as much healing and as many different aliases and shit, like Harper pointed out.

He drank phial to get ep to eaglesight, free up a hand, take pepper and fling at Blade to stop the hunt, to beable to take flask out and heal somemore? I see no mistake with drinking the phial when he did.

As you float above your corpse, you see the assassin pin a note

    to your body..... it reads:

    Greetings from the Daen Hecil.

--The message is signed: an anonymous figure

    You have a strange feeling.

You can see your own lifeless body from above.
