I started using x as an alias because when I started mudding, I didn't have a client, and I didn't know about the ' alias, and I wanted an easy way to talk. By the time I found out about using ', I was too used to using x. Lomar does it because he thinks copying me is funny. :P
You all do realise you can just use ' instead of say, right? :p
Er, I used to have exactly 'x' as mud alias back when I didn't use clients and typed slow like 6 years ago:P
