Stupidly pathetic on your part... The first death was just a few minutes earlier. Learn the meaning of class and get back to me. No color, sorry.

DH has never cared too much about class/respect whatever you want to call it when it comes to relations with their enemies. The only thing that can be learned here is how to kiss ass, from these comments. :p

Man. Deaths hurt less than they used to and you people are STILL against killing someone twice in a row? Okay, so if they make deaths hurt even less, will you still call it 'low' to kill someone twice like that? I mean...what's wrong with it? Where's the lack of respect? We're not killing you for the thrill of the hunt, we're killing you because we want it to hurt. Deaths don't hurt so much now, so killing someone twice sort of does the trick. Respect? Low? Whatever. Just like it's lame to report solos, and inn breaking is dishonorable, and people who huntbreak at their guildhall should die, and all of the other lame bullshit people make up to feel better about their own shortcomings.

    so, summary.

Concentric: try breaking next time. and revive somewhere else.

DH: It was pretty low to double tap, I'm totally against it, but hey, anyone with some sense would never give you the opporunity.

It's about respect, and not honor, two related yet different things. Just because you double tap somebody doesn't mean you're a dishonorable piece of scum, just a bastard that likes to take the most advantage out of the situation, be it to make a point extra effective, or it's more fun, or whatever. It's that added insult to injury, the kick in the face when you are down on the ground. For all we know, there are some who simply get off on it. Others perhaps just don't know how to curb their enthusiasm.

But ya know what, you can't change people, but you can learn how to prevent this from happening to you again, cause fact is there ARE ways to prevent it, or at least minimize it. So until you have done all you can to avoid these situations, pointing fingers to gain sympathy is the last thing you will find, in this place the least of all.

Blah, screw the mud. I am off to bed.

    Dear Circular,

Perhaps you have heard of the old adage, 'The contract didn't fulfill.' Because, well, thats a popular one, Mr. Jump to conclusions.

Infinitely more important, only fags believe in some sort of honor. I mean that in a constructive way. Not taking anything away from people fucking each other in the ass, but I'm just saying that expecting mercy when mercy probably isn't due is a bit feminine. Another point being that if the second attack was so unsportsmanslike, and I use the term loosely, then I'm assuming that the first attack was sportmansly and it didn't matter because you still died. So I guess my whole theory is that you have a flawed idea of honor because you're a magnet to death and that your death(s) shouldn't be blamed on anyone but yourself, with accusations to the side. Thanks.

How about, you a) Learn how to break and b) Learn how not to piss people off. Walk the walk before you talk the talk :)

    Gordo:

    Nice definitions...

I'll take 3b combined with 3c as my original meaning.

    Gothwin:

Very true, there's always a lesson to be learned from everything, I made a mistake. I admit my error here. However, I do happen to think that this type of double tap is a bit unsportsmanlike, your milage may vary. Strategically, it would have been a better idea to wait until I re-equipped and killed me then, anyway.

    Caber:

Why waste keystrokes? You and I both know from looking at the log that there was no possibility of survival. 4 on 1, no eq, dslg in the first round of combat,no ep to fade, Whip of Angband and Fang? I'd just of died tired ;) Personally, I think I died with dignity, which is something at least. There's always some sort of constructive thing you can do in the aftermath.

I stand by my statement that this kill was pathetic. I am not saying the DH is pathetic, but this particular choice seems unnecessary. Perhaps I'm just an old hold out for a larger concept of honor. Draw your own conclusions, dear reader.

    Con.

Hang on. Posting a log of you dying without even really trying to run is supposed to make US look bad?

Learn the meaning of 'stand up for yourself and/or do something constructive instead of hoping to feel better by whining like a bitch on the log archive' and then get back to me.

Now, I am not a particular fan of double taps, but there is a lesson to be learned out of every pk. So, instead of bitching and calling others pathetic, you might want to pay more attention to where you actually revive, and what you do afterwards. Looks to me like you wasted more time being upset at getting attacked 'again', then trying to do something about it.

    Btw, newline sucks.

    http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=class

    Class - noun -

1.A set, collection, group, or configuration containing members regarded as having certain attributes or traits in common; a kind or category.

2.A division based on quality, rank, or grade, as:

    a. A grade of mail: a package sent third class.

    b. A quality of accommodation on public transport: tourist class

3.a. A social stratum whose members share certain economic, social, or cultural characteristics: the lower-income classes.

    b. Social rank or caste, especially high rank.

    c. Informal. Elegance of style, taste, and manner: an actor with class.

4.A level of academic development, as in an elementary or secondary school.

5.a. A group of students who are taught together because they have roughly the same level of academic development.

    b. A group of students or alumni who have the same year of graduation.

    c. A group of students who meet at a regularly scheduled time to study the same subject.

    d. The period during which such a group meets: had to stay after class.

From this I do believe they have more 'class' than you. Either that or they took you to 'class.' Anyway, theres your meaning for class, maybe you need to go there sometime and learn how not to piss people off and get double-tapped.
