Admittedly, some of the best days of my characters life were when I was in Megs, and I think it's cool to reminisce about the old days, but in my opinion, it's long past time to move on.

Those of you that hated Megs and fought so hard against them need to let it go because the guild is gone, there's nothing more to fight.

Those of us who loved and were a part of that guild need to let go of the feeling of sorrow at the guild being gone, and play where we are now.

I know some of you want Udungul to be like the old Megs, but that will never be allowed to happen fully, so your best bet is to let go of the old Meg ideals etc and work to make Udungul as unique and strong as it can be.

It took me a long time to learn it, but if you can devote yourself to another cause, and let the old Meglivornth (love it or hate it) go, you will be much happier. P.S. Just because the Megs are gone doesn't mean you need to quit playing :P

I'm kinda hoping he was being a jackass...either that or he's trying to take Bragl's throne.

Alts collecting eq... well both guilds did that. In fact, near the end of the war both guilds started letting in alts of current members. I think we all got away with it for 2 maybe 3 months, and then the 'no alts in guilds' rule was passed.

Armoury sorting, well I know some people who still do that. But, in general, I think guild activity as a whole has dropped from 3 years ago so having mass amounts of eq isn't as necessary as it used to be.

You're all missing the important point here.

That is to say; was Klasbertil under the influence when he posted his comment, and does he look back on it now with an expression of mild disbelief and his head in his hands?

Yea, lets get this baby cookin again, lets get another 300 comments on the FRA/STWA/Durm/Freelancers war VS Meglivornth!

Nah but seriously, cool log to see how good our armouries used to be as we had up to 20 members on at any moment so we needed all that equipment.

Not many people can hold a grudge like vallejo. Hes basically the only one who likes to start these fights any more...The rest of us grew up or...forgot about it.

This wasnt a log to try to impress anyone, just nice to remember the times when people cared about organizing the armoury, and quested gear even when there was already 4 or 5 of those types of items in the armoury.

Well, they weren't horrible, but the gear here is in general generic. Maybe the good stuff was being held, but I have seen more impressive collections in a single players room before.(including uniques which if I am not mistaken, there was only the great anfidurl present)

Well, Chaoz, everyone's entitled to having their own opinions about other people, guilds, whatever. Sadly that far too often shines through in a bunch of bitching, whining and shit-tossing like this. But that's what the logpage is for, right? Personally, it still surprises me how megs and fra never quite stop arguing about this stuff :P

    Oh yeah, and go Klasbertil.

Great, the old crying about alts game. Both guilds had characters nuked because of alt stuff, not just Megs. I never got nuked or even a warning with any of my characters so i am guessing you arn't accusing me of doing it. Some people still need tissues because of the past I guess.

    Wheet wheet!

no sime, you make chars just to make gold like a loser. 'look at me, i have a lot of gold banked, and i have to pay people to be my friends. i'm not ever capable of killing anyone myself so i just contract them and all of their alts and their friends'

All that stuff was sitting on the ground because we had beaten your guild into inactivity and people were afraid to log on, wear it and leave the guildhall. :)
