If I remember corectly, Aldarin was once on our hitlist and even tho he joined a friendly clan he wasn't removed from the list. Same rule goes for everyone I guess.

Jabba, we didn't start a war... he was on our hitlist as I said before so I killed him. It doesn't matter which guild you're in, if you're on our hitlist we will go after you. And if person who's on our hitlist joins a guild that we have a treaty with that doesn't mean that we wont be after that person.
