Both the Amruin and GV wars are entirely separate from the BkD/Beorning/Glorglas war. The former started well after it and the latter well before it.
Amruin just joined the war, then Beornings, BkD and Glorglas ended it, without even talking to GV and Amruin. *shrug* Two guilds should be able to handle SoU though.
